Changes

- Once the product is received, Erika Valencia will have 3 business days to verify the conditions of the part, validate and approve the change.
You must send the original part (s), that have not been used, that are in perfect condition and just as you received it with its original packaging and labels, so the product will not suffer alterations during transport.
- If the change is approved, you will receive your new product at the shipping address of the original order.
Note:
In all exchanges and returns, the cost of the return is borne by the sending party. After the second change, the shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer.
Returns
If you want to return the product and / or request a refund, you have up to 5 business days from the delivery of the product to send it back to Erika Valencia.
In the event that all the aforementioned product conditions are met, Erica Valencia.com will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 days calendar.
In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of Law 1480, goods for personal use are exempted from the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Transportation costs and others, incurred in the return will be assumed by the customer.
