Returns and Exchanges

Our main goal is that when you get a piece of jewelry or product from Erika Valencia you feel 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy, you have up to 30 days to exchange the product and 5 business days from the date the product is delivered to return it in perfect condition for a refund.

International shipments are subject to inspection and tax clearance by the customs of each country. These charges are not the responsibility of the Erika Valencia brand, and must be assumed by the buyer upon receipt of the order.


Changes

If you want to exchange a product for another, you have up to 5 business days from the delivery of the product to send it back to Erika Valencia.

  • Tell us the reason for the change or return via email: info@erikavalencia.com and send us a message to WhatsApp (57) 314 7713679 to know that you sent the email.
  • Send the product with the return guide : your basic information fully completed (see below) to:
    Calle 9A SUR 25 101, Apt 203 Tordesillas Building,
    050021 Medellin Antioquia, Colombia.
  • Once the product has been received, Erika Valencia will have 3 business days to verify the condition of the piece, validate and approve the exchange.
    You must send the original piece(s), which have not been used, are in perfect condition and just as you received them with their original packaging and labels, so that the product will not be altered during transport.
  • If the exchange is approved, you will receive your new product at the shipping address of the original order.

Note:
 In all exchanges and returns, the cost of the return is assumed by the sending party. After the second exchange, the shipping cost will be fully assumed by the customer.

Returns

If you want to return the product and/or request a refund, you have up to 5 business days from the delivery of the product to send it back to Erika Valencia.

In the event that all the aforementioned product conditions are met, Erika Valencia.com will refund the total amount paid, without discounts or retentions, and the term for the refund of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.

In the case of international purchases, the refund will be made through an international money transfer company and the user must go to the place determined by the money.

According to numeral 7 of article 47 of law 1480, goods for personal use are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Important: In accordance with the right of withdrawal law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum time to exercise this right is 5 business days counted from the delivery of the product by Erika Valencia.com.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Shipping and other costs incurred in the return will be borne by the customer.
